Spanish II will pick up where Spanish I leaves off. We continue to focus on speaking, building vocabulary, and more this year on Spanish grammar and verb conjugation and usage. Immersion approach is still incorporated along with additional projects and assignments. We will be using the Power-Glide Ultimate Year 1 Spanish book, 2nd half of the book. Also the 501 Spanish Verb Book by Christopher Kendris and any Spanish-English Dictionary. This will be the equivalent of any Spanish High School course for year 2. Junior High or other students who have not taken Spanish I with the instructor are welcome if they pass an interview with instructor and have an adequate knowledge to keep up with the 2nd year students.
Bring a 3 ring binder, paper, pencil and required texts to all classes. Also bring index cards, a box to keep them in, and some dividers to give order.
